Lately, a significant number of our Estate Planning clients with Revocable Living Trusts have been receiving letters from their banks and/or financial firms requesting “Grantor information of your Trust”.

Your Trust is revocable
You are the Grantor
You are the Trustee
If you are married, both of you are the Trustor and Trustee
