Anne E. Rosenthal became the Managing Shareholder at Drobny Law Offices, Inc. in July of 2021, after joining the firm in 2018. A Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law by the State Bar of California, Anne’s practice emphasizes estate planning, trust and probate administration, taxation, and business succession planning. Anne possesses particular expertise in counseling high net-worth clients, implementing estate planning strategies to minimize tax and shift wealth to future generations. Anne also assists clients with their charitable giving objectives and special needs planning.

Prior to joining Drobny Law Offices, Inc., Anne practiced at one of the oldest estate planning firms in the Sacramento region. There, she assisted clients with family wealth preservation and international trust administrations.

Anne graduated cum laude from American University in Washington, D.C., double majoring in Political Science and Philosophy. Remaining in Washington, D.C. for law school, she graduated from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law where she served as Note and Comment Editor for the Journal of Law, Philosophy and Culture.

A Kansas City native, Anne is an avid yogi and an ardent college basketball fan. She is passionate about animal rescue and loves spending time with her dogs and traveling.
